The Neighborhood

The largest section of the neighborhood, located in the back half of Summertree, and consists of traditional, single-family homes.

Bellingham Drive, the first street when you enter into Summertree, is home to the Woodland Estates of Summertree. Beautiful homes on larger lots.

The Victoria Square patio homes are centrally located within the neighborhood and feature charming elements of Victorian-style architecture.

Sherlock, right next to Georgetown, is comprised of single-family, patio homes located next to the back lake and Foxcroft.

Across from Victoria Square, Georgetown consists of single-family, patio homes with brick construction nestled next to the Clubhouse and the lakes. 

The Woodlands is located at the front side of Summertree across from the Clubhouse. It consists of 32 individually owned PUD units (planned urban developments) that are similar to townhomes.

Foxcroft are townhomes in the back of Summertree and made up of 17 different units.
